Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Regional Clinical Director (Longevity & Functional Medicine) for their client in Dubai which is a European chain of wellness, longevity and integrative medicine clinics across UAE and Europe.

This is a regional role based out of Dubai. The role begins as a remote / consultant position and gradually moves into full time. We are looking for DHA licensed Physicians with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in longevity / preventive medicine / functional medicine in Dubai, UAE. Overseas Physicians with experience in Functional and Longevity medicine and DHA Eligibility Letter holders may also apply.

The Regional Clinical Director would provide clinical oversight, regulatory accountability, and quality assurance for all clinics and the online verticals across UAE and Europe, ensuring credibility and compliance without being operationally embedded. Contribute to the interpretation of user test results and provide expert consultations. Verify the quality and ethical standards of the practitioners work. Assist in building protocols, daily calls, or LLM development. Serve as the official regional medical authority. Ensure all clinical practices comply with DHA/MOHAP regulations and medical advertising laws.

Approve final versions of the health disclaimers, consent forms, and report templates. Act as the primary contact point with local health authorities if ever required. Conduct weekly reviews of a random sample of practitioner videos to assess accuracy of interpretation (no medical overreach or false claims),professional tone, privacy, and ethics, adherence to video SOP (structure, clarity, empathy), flag any inconsistencies or retraining needs to the operations team.

Be listed as the Regional Medical Lead on the online platform and materials. Participate in 1 2 media or educational appearances per year as the clinical face of the brand. Attend bi-weekly or monthly quality meetings with the operations team. Validate practitioner onboarding and credential verification. Sign off on SOPs or protocols before launch. Be on retainer for escalation if a user dispute or data anomaly arises.
