Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the development of admissions and markets to LCI Education's international campuses;
Design and deploy segmented approach strategies for the different clienteles of the market, in alignment with LCI Education's international positioning and academic value proposition;
Structure and lead the entire international admission process;
Represent LCI Education at presentations at international schools, educational fairs and corporate events;
Collaborate closely with campus teams to ensure a smooth, consistent, and high-quality student experience;
Structure, manage and optimize relationships with accredited regional partners in order to develop international student pipelines to LCI Education's campuses, ensuring the quality of profiles, compliance with operational practices and sustainable alignment with the group's business strategy and institutional positioning;
Train and support partners on LCI Education's programs, campuses and academic value proposition;
Establish mechanisms for the qualitative monitoring of partnerships and analyze conversion dynamics;
Collaborate closely with the Regional Director based in Riyadh on cross-cutting GCC initiatives;
Contribute to regional market intelligence (competition, pricing trends, family behaviour);
Support the development of LCI Education in the secondary markets of the Gulf;
Produce regular analyses on admissions pipelines, development channel performance and identification of growth opportunities in target markets.
Desired Candidate Profile
A professional with at least five years of experience in the education or higher education sector, acquired in international admissions, market development or partnership functions, ideally in the Middle East, within structured and international environments;
A solid understanding of the educational, cultural and decision-making dynamics specific to Gulf markets;
An established network or strong credibility with education officials in the UAE and the GCC;
A demonstrated ability to structure lasting relationships with families and partners;
Experience with an international education or bridging program provider;
Holds an undergraduate degree;
Excellent command of the Arabic language (oral and written);
A professional command of English (oral and written), which is essential given the regular interactions with international teams and partners.

Based in Abu Dhabi, the Regional Director Admissions and Market Development will play a key role in positioning and developing LCI Education's markets in the United Arab Emirates, the Gulf Cooperation Council States, as well as in strategic segments related to international admissions. This casting process aims to identify a leader capable of structuring commercial and prescription partnerships and carrying LCI Education's international ambition, by strengthening the visibility and credibility of the brand with families, prescribers and regional partners, in conjunction with all the campuses of the network.
