Your mission

As a Regional Director, you will ensure a key role through the following missions:

• To ensure compliance with the budgetary objectives set by their general management and to guarantee the profitability of the region
• Relay the company's strategy to its employees
• Embodying and upholding Concentrix values and spreading the company's culture
• Manage the staff representative bodies, by delegation from the general management
• Maintain a good social climate in your region
• Guarantee the application and compliance with quality processes and standards (ISO, NF345, CWR), as well as the safety regulations applicable in the region
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations and regulations relating to labour law
• Manage the animation and coordinate the internal communication
• To get people to drive, to support the key drivers, the implementation of the country's strategy for the region
• Accompanying and supporting the technological transformation operated

Delivery/operations management :

• Ensuring compliance with qualitative and quantitative contractual commitments
• Monitor the margins/efficiency of your region, and make the necessary trade-offs
• Manage the implementation of new activities in collaboration with the Account Management / BU / Global account and in coordination with the General Management
• Ensure that the objectives in terms of turnover, absenteeism and staff ratio are achieved on the sites and the implementation of the necessary action plans

Team Management

• Animate, motivate and retain your teams
• Manage site support teams
• Set individual goals for your employees
• Evaluate your employees, define their areas of development and support their rise in skills
• Identify the training needs of your employees
  

Management of the client giving the order

• Ensure prospect & customer visits (highlight the region, present the Concentrix offer)
• Participate in the various governance bodies

The profile of our Game-Changers

• You have experience in managing a profit center
• You have already managed teams of more than 300 employees
• You have excellent interpersonal skills with a good ability to convince and create the support of your teams
• You have a creative and innovative temperament
• Be proactive
• You are a leader with the ability to make decisions and federate
• You are customer-oriented and results-oriented
• You have a good command of P&L and budget management
• You have knowledge in the management of social relations and the animation of employee representative bodies
• You are fluent in English
