Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand export sales within the assigned region.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers, distributors, and partners.
  3. Manage the entire export process and operations, including order processing, documentation, shipping arrangements with the concerned departments for the assigned region.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for growth.
  5. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities within the region.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to optimize export operations and support business objectives.
  7. Resolve any issues or disputes related to export orders, logistics, or customer requirements.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  9. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export management, preferably in a regional or international capacity.
  • Previous experience in the dates field is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in export markets.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems or export management software.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region and internationally as required.
  • Fluency in English is a must & additional language is a plus.
