Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accommodation Management:

  • Collaborate with departments to assess and define accommodation requirements and lead the required properties search process in coordination with the requesting departments concerned.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate leases for suitable properties based on location, condition, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage documentation for approvals, lease contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate the preparation and readiness of accommodations for tenants, ensuring all necessary inspections and preparations are completed.
  • Manage main accommodations budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, safety protocols, and security measures for all accommodation facilities.
  • Facilitate employee relocations and transfers in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate lease handover processes, including inspections, repairs, and utility transfers.

Building Services Responsibilities:

  • Manage workspace design, layout changes, and allocation based on organizational needs and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee maintenance requests, preventive maintenance activities, and manage service contracts.
  • Supervise reception services, including visitor management and coordination of hospitality arrangements.
  • Manage utility services such as electricity, water, and telecommunications, ensuring efficient usage and timely payments.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, municipality licenses, and civil defense requirements.
  • Monitor and address penalties related to facility operations and manage objection processes or penalty payments as required
