Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the regional technical audit team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented, and maintained per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Act as the primary liaison with external certification bodies to maintain ISO certification.
• Plan, execute, and facilitate internal and external technical audits, ensuring corrective actions are applied.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Review audit findings for accuracy and relevance, promoting QMS awareness across the organization.
• Maintain controlled and up-to-date QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
• Provide regular updates and clear audit reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the QMS, addressing risks, opportunities, and feedback.
