Regional Investment Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the production of accurate and timely investment reports across multiple countries or regions.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, analysts, and finance teams to gather and consolidate investment data.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in reporting.
• Analyze investment performance and trends, providing insightful summaries and presentations to senior management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for reporting processes, automation, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance reporting tools and platforms.
• Train and supervise junior reporting staff within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment reporting, portfolio management support, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, markets, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in investment reporting software, databases, and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures.
