Project Online Casino Launch
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze political events, societal developments, economic changes (e.g., banking system regulations), competitor emergence, and new regional trends unrelated to our business operations. Provide insights on external factors that may influence the market landscape, consumer behavior, and strategic decision-making;
- Register accounts on competitors websites to monitor market trends and gather competitive insights;
- Provide in-depth competitors research for Product, Marketing, Payments, Traffic, Casino, Sport, etc.;
- Develop hypotheses to improve user behavior and engagement;
- Based on knowledge of the local mindset and basics of interface usability, design proposals related to intuitive navigation for easy access to casino games, sports betting, and payment systems;
- Analyze data coming from Support chats, SoMe and initiate suggestions for product and retention improvement;
- Initiate content localization by identifying elements suitable for adaptation to local markets and applying UX/UI principles;
- Prioritize games and events for the region and analyze outcomes after prioritization;
- Provide marketing information for the Region (sports events, holidays, characteristics of the local population, the right communication channels (social networks, popular email domains, mobile operators), monthly information updates);
- Find and hire local service providers (translations, proofreading, testing, etc.), being responsible for the involved contractors and for the deadlines for completing tasks;
- Contribute to the consolidation and validation of information about the Region for other divisions;
- Digital Quality Assurance: verifying that social media links work correctly, ensuring text is properly written, confirming that applications function as intended, payment flow works properly, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Upper-intermediate level in English or Russian;
- Proficiency in Arabic (Fusha);
- Experience with digital products in gambling, betting, or crypto;
- Ability to analyze market, competitors, and trends.
- Collect and interpret data from various sources (support, social media, product);
- Understanding of cultural and behavioral aspects of the region;
- Fluency in the local language or confident reading/comprehension for localization and provider communication;
- Checking links, texts, display, and user flow logic;
- Understanding basics of navigation, user experience, and interface logic;
- Ability to formulate and test hypotheses (preferable);
- Initiative in finding contractors, gathering information, and offering improvements (may not be required);
- Ability to summarize findings, write clear reports, and present insights;
- Will be an advantage copywriting / UX-writing skills: ability to quickly adapt texts for user needs and local context; experience in marketing/retention; experience conducting interviews or UX research.
