1. Managing city-level 3PL Partner Managers to oversee daily operations and ensure consistent partner performance.
2. Ensuring city-wide delivery capacity meets peak and off-peak business needs.
3. Taking full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery success, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
4. Recruiting, training, and leading the local delivery operations team, including Partner Managers and support staff.
5. Driving continuous process improvement to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service levels.
6. Collaborating with national functions including product, strategy, and compliance teams to localize and implement policies.
7. Conducting regular business reviews with 3PL partners to review targets, identify gaps, and drive performance improvement.
