What You'll Do

• Identify, interview, and develop customer success stories in written and video formats
• Coordinate end-to-end video productionu2014from pre-production planning to filming, post-production, and final rollout
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, creative, and regional teams, to ensure alignment and support
• Work closely with customers, vendors, and video crews to manage shoot logistics and timelines

Sales Enablement

• Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and produce collateral that improves sales conversations and outcomes.
• Continuously track feature updates across key products and ensure all enablement materials are current and accurate.
• Create a range of content formats, including product pitch decks, industry-specific use case documents, competitor comparison sheets, and quick-reference one-pagers
• Collaborate with product marketing and regional stakeholders to align messaging and priorities
