Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

-Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement aligned with overall business objectives.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the regional market.

Manage regional marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.

Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity and results-oriented performance.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to continuously optimize marketing efforts and report on outcomes to senior leadership.

Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate identity guidelines in all regional communications, media, and promotions.

Manage and nurture key client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, after-sales service, and long-term relationship development to secure repeat business and contract renewals.

Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis, identifying gaps, trends, pricing benchmarks, and shifts in client demand or technology.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, including revenue forecasts, market penetration analytics, and performance against KPIs.

Collaborate closely with regional operations teams to ensure smooth project execution, client satisfaction, and issue resolution.


Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on regional strategies and execution

Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience managing complex, long-sales-cycle products or services.

Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
