About the role:

Thales is looking for a Global IAM Marketing Manager to join the team, covering META markets. You will join a high performing team at the forefront of cyber security innovation and help drive our growth across META markets. You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams, as well as the wider marketing teams, to drive business growth through in person and virtual events, as well as demand generation campaigns in META.

Day to day you will:

  • Develop, execute and measure an integrated demand generation marketing plan aimed at generating pipeline. The plan must align with and support the achievement of the overall Regional Marketing goals.

  • Partner closely with the Sales time to achieve company goals.

  • Plan and execute events and campaigns.

  • Identifying ideal customer profiles (ICP) and buyer personas, for target account selection that align with solutions and product.

  • Create and deliver marketing programs and campaigns for priority accounts and key segments within the region and support sales teams with sales driven marketing activities.

  • Partner with our content team and third-party agencies to create and localize content and messaging and adapt for 1-to-1, 1-to-few or 1-to-many sales and marketing initiatives across the entire buyer s funnel.

  • Segment Marketing: Localize global messaging and develop segment-specific content and campaigns tailored to industry verticals and market maturity across META.

  • Partner Marketing: Build joint marketing strategies with key channel and technology partners to generate demand, increase co-branding impact, and support regional revenue goals.

  • Customer Marketing: Design and execute integrated campaigns that nurture our customer base and drive product adoption, upsell opportunities, and advocacy.

  • Collaborate closely with global product marketing, sales, customer success, field teams, and the partner ecosystem to align go-to-market plans.

  • Use data to track campaign effectiveness, optimize program performance, and continuously evolve tactics based on regional feedback and KPIs (i.e. Marketing Sourced Pipeline, Bookings, and others).

  • Report metrics via SFDC and Power BI to present to regional sales and marketing teams.

About you:

You should have a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape alongside marketing execution and strategy. You should be an excellent relationship builder and creative marketer who can work independently whilst also knowing the importance of collaborating with your marketing team and other departments (procurement, creative services, external vendors, etc) to reach business goals. Proven experience across customer marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, and segment marketing in a regional or field marketing capacity.
