Roles & Responsibilities

span>Our newest opportunity is for a talented strong>Regional Quality Manager /strong>to join our strong>PMCM Division/strong> based in strong>Riyadh, KSA/strong>. This position is responsible for responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of the company s Quality Management System across all projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia./span> /span>

We envisage success in this role to include;/p>

/p>

  • span>Lead and manage the Quality function for PMI in KSA, ensuring alignment with company Quality Standards and continuous improvement./span>
  • span>Implements PMI standard metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all projects. /span>
  • span>Communicates and provides regular updates to the QA/QC team, Project Managers, and Project Directors regarding project quality matters. /span>
  • span>Participates in meetings with clients, project teams, and contractors to support quality assurance activities, as required./span>
  • span>Frequent site visits to ensure full support and engagement with quality and project teams. /span>
  • span>Reports and provides periodic updates to the Director of Quality and the PMI Executive Director. /span>
  • span>Ensures timely implementation of the Service Quality Evaluation (SQE) process across all projects. /span>
  • span>Reviews client feedback received through SQE and ensures appropriate actions are taken to maintain high quality standards and client satisfaction. /span>
  • span>Monitors the development and issuance of project-specific Quality Plans, QA/QC procedures, and related documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements, and verifies effective implementation./span>
  • span>Conducts QA/QC audits, reviews, site surveillance, and follow-up activities in accordance with the approved audit plan. Supports the recruitment process by assisting in the selection of qualified Quality personnel for projects. /span>
  • span>Supports the bidding team by providing Quality inputs, write-ups, and required quality-related documentation for proposals./span>
  • span>Monitors, evaluates, and appraises Quality site personnel performance./span>
  • span>Identifies and escalates quality issues and risks to the relevant Director in a timely manner. /span>
  • span>Ensures that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented to address company-wide quality issues./span>
