Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share.
- Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for team members, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Oversee daily sales operations to ensure effective execution of sales processes in line with company policies.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team.
- Prepare and manage regional sales budgets, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the FinTech industry or related sectors.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in regional or national sales leadership.
