Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To develop the capital equipment business within specific region, with the objective of giving all products their best chances in the market.
Develop sales organization in the region, safeguard integrity and transparency of operations within the region and the team by being a strong and loyal team player.
Follow the company policies stated in The Way We Do Things, including the Business Code of Practice and Compliance issues.
Responsibility of people competence improvement & sales force ( direct & Indirect ) training.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
More than five years of sales experience within relevant industries.
Extensive experience in channel management for capital equipment business.
Proven track record of achieving strong sales performance, including both revenue growth and profitability.
Commitment to driving team success.
Demonstrates a growth mindset.
