Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the commercial strategy at the regional level.
- To develop the client portfolio and prospect for new markets
- Set sales targets and monitor their achievement
- To supervise, motivate and support the sales teams (salespeople, area managers, etc.)
- Monitor performance and prepare regular reports
- Analyze the market, the competition and the trends
- Negotiating with key accounts in the region
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in business, marketing or equivalent
- Five or more years of sales experience, including management experience
- Good knowledge of the market and the regional economic fabric
- Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques
- My proficiency with computer tools (CRM, Excel, reporting)
