Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the commercial strategy at the regional level.
  • To develop the client portfolio and prospect for new markets
  • Set sales targets and monitor their achievement
  • To supervise, motivate and support the sales teams (salespeople, area managers, etc.)
  • Monitor performance and prepare regular reports
  • Analyze the market, the competition and the trends
  • Negotiating with key accounts in the region
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in business, marketing or equivalent
  • Five or more years of sales experience, including management experience
  • Good knowledge of the market and the regional economic fabric
  • Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques
  • My proficiency with computer tools (CRM, Excel, reporting)
