Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors.
Lead and mentor the regional sales team.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic business plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (MBA is a plus)
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within scaffolding & formwork industry.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi construction industry is essential.
Languages: Fluent in English and Malayalam (Kerala, India) (Arabic and other Indian languages are a plus)
