Regional Security Manager

Reporting to the Global Security Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing regional security strategy. This is not just about oversight it s about leadership, influence, and raising the security bar across multiple countries and partners. You ll operate at the intersection of operations, compliance, intelligence, and risk mitigation ensuring world-class security standards are embedded in everything we do.

What You ll Be Responsible For

• Partnering with the Global Security Director to execute regional security strategy aligned with global standards
• Designing and implementing bespoke Secure Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to client and geographic risk profiles
• Conducting audits and inspections across locations, assets, and partners
• Driving compliance and enforcing corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement
• Vetting and evaluating critical subcontractors (armored transport, airlines, storage facilities, etc.)
• Building trusted relationships with law enforcement, government bodies, and security networks
• Leading security awareness and training programs across the region
• Monitoring incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing risk-reduction measures
• Contributing to strategic business decisions with expert security insight
