Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Purchasing (Operational Executor)
- Create and process Purchase Orders in Odoo for all approved suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmation, production status, and shipping arrangements, for vendors assigned by management.
- Track shipments and logistics (air, sea, courier), obtain AWB and shipping documents, and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with customs brokers / freight forwarders to secure smooth clearance and delivery to warehouses in Egypt, KSA, and UAE.
- Maintain accurate and organized procurement documentation (PIs, invoices, packing lists, COOs, MOH documents, etc.) in the company systems.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, NDAs, and approval limits.
2. Inventory Management & Demand Planning (Regional)
- Monitor inventory levels across all company locations and warehouses, with a special focus on fast-moving implant fixtures and loupes.
- Analyse historical sales, seasonality, and growth to build rolling demand forecasts (3 6 12 months).
- Set and regularly review reorder points and safety stock for key SKUs in Egypt, KSA, and UAE.
- Prepare monthly replenishment proposals showing quantities, timing, and financial impact for management approval.
- Identify potential stock-outs or over-stock situations in advance and propose corrective actions.
3. Supply Chain Optimization & Reporting
- Track and analyse supplier lead times, delays, and reliability; suggest improvements and alternative scenarios.
- Work closely with Sales to align forecasts to campaigns, new launches, and exhibitions.
- Work closely with Finance to align purchase plans with cash flow and payment schedules.
- Maintain and update all relevant supply chain data in Odoo (lead times, minimum order quantities, item settings, etc.).
- Prepare monthly management reports, including: stock status, incoming shipments, forecast vs. actual, slow-moving items, and key risks.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on receiving, put-away, and stock corrections.
- Provide supply chain input for new market expansions and new product introductions.
- Support regulatory / MOH teams with correct and timely supply-related documentation when needed.
5. Confidentiality & Compliance
- Treat all supplier information (contacts, pricing, terms) as strictly confidential company property.
- Work within established approval levels; escalate any deviations to management.
- Follow all internal SOPs regarding document storage, communication channels, and data protection.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Min 3 years experience in supply chain / procurement, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Strong practical experience with:
- ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
- Import / export processes, incoterms, and customs documentation.
- Demand planning, safety stock, and basic supply chain analytics.

- Very good command of English; Arabic strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
- High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with owners/founders and in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
