Roles & Responsibilities

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief and assistance to refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. IRC responds to the world s worst humanitarian crises and helps people survive, recover, and rebuild their lives. Founded in 1933, the IRC provides lifesaving care and long-term support to communities affected by war and disaster.

The IRC operates in the Middle East to establish a Master Service Agreement with qualified service providers for the following tender:

  • Videography and Photography Services Tender
