Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an inspiring and guest-focused Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist Wellness Ambassador to join our world-class wellness team at AMAALA. This role blends clinical nutrition expertise, culinary innovation, and holistic wellness practices to create transformative experiences for our guests. Working closely with Spa, Culinary, and F&B teams, you will design personalized nutrition journeys, lead engaging workshops, and shape wellness-focused menus that set a new standard in luxury hospitality.
What You Will Do
- Conduct one-on-one consultations and deliver tailored nutrition therapy.
- Host interactive workshops, group sessions, and live cooking demonstrations.
- Collaborate with chefs and mixologists to craft balanced menus, wellness beverages, and nutrient-dense offerings.
- Integrate nutrition into holistic wellness journeys, spa treatments, and retreat programs.
- Translate emerging global health trends into guest-friendly experiences.
- Create guest-facing resources, digital content, and branded wellness materials.
- Train and mentor teams on nutrition literacy, mindful preparation, and guest communication.
- Oversee ingredient sourcing, nutrition labeling, and menu accuracy.
- Support operational and administrative aspects of wellness kitchen programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
What You Bring
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master s preferred).
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, or spa-focused environments.
- Strong expertise in nutrition counseling, holistic wellness practices, and culinary collaboration.
- Exceptional communication, public speaking, and motivational interviewing skills.
- Proficiency in recipe analysis software, MS Office, and digital platforms.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering transformative guest experiences.
