Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care to expectant mothers throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, ensuring emotional support and education.
  • Conduct thorough prenatal assessments, including monitoring fetal heart tones and maternal health, to identify potential risks early.
  • Assist in the delivery process by guiding mothers through labor techniques, providing hands-on support, and ensuring a safe delivery environment.
  • Educate families on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and postpartum recovery to promote healthy practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in maternal health concepts.
  • Current certification as a Registered Midwife, demonstrating adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing hands-on care in diverse patient populations.
  • Proven track record of working in high-pressure environments, showcasing resilience and adaptability.
