Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs, ensuring optimal health outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and diagnoses, promoting tailored treatment approaches.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention, empowering them to take control of their health.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, enhancing communication and patient safety.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results, contributing to accurate and timely clinical decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, showcasing practical nursing expertise.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, underscoring commitment to emergency care.
  • Experience in a specific specialty area (e.g., pediatrics, critical care) preferred, allowing for targeted patient care.
