Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical, emotional, and social needs, ensuring tailored care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, vigilantly monitoring for side effects and patient responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care strategies that enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, empowering them with knowledge to make informed decisions.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Manage medical equipment and technology effectively, troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure patient safety.
- Provide compassionate support in high-stress situations, demonstrating resilience and empathy to patients and families.
Desired Candidate Profile
RN license or Eligibility letter (DHA, DOH, MOH).
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) to enhance emergency response capabilities.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting, showcasing hands-on expertise.
Experience in specialized areas such as:
Emergency Department
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Medical Ward - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Operating Theatre (OT)
Outpatient Department (OPD)
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
Surgical Ward
Pediatrics
Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus for diverse patient interactions.
Strong technical skills with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical technology, ensuring efficient documentation.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to patients and families.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, enabling quick and effective responses to patient needs.
Physical stamina and dexterity, capable of performing demanding tasks and maintaining composure in fast-paced environments.
