Provide direct patient care based on physician orders and established nursing protocols.

Monitor, record, and report patients symptoms, vital signs, and responses to treatment.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient records and the hospital information system.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, pharmacists, technicians, etc.) to deliver optimal care.

Maintain infection control standards and a safe, clean working environment.

Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions.

Support emergency response and resuscitation procedures when required.

Participate in continuous training and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Comply with Lebanese Ministry of Public Health regulations and STMC s nursing policies and ethical standards.
