Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Medical Procedures: Assist in medical procedures, surgeries, and diagnostic tests, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care to promote better health outcomes.
Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any changes in condition, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, providing life-saving interventions when necessary.
Infection Control: Adhere to infection control procedures and maintain a clean and sterile environment to prevent the spread of infections.
Patient Advocacy: Advocate for the patient s rights and needs, ensuring that all care decisions are made in the patient s best interest.
Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest medical practices, procedures, and nursing technologies through continuous professional development.
