The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, monitoring their health conditions, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient recovery and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and report patients vital signs and medical histories.
Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed.
Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per healthcare regulations.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Respond to medical emergencies and perform basic life support if needed.
Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other nurses to deliver cohesive care.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Valid nursing license/registration with the local nursing council.
Proven clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medications, and patient care standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Basic computer literacy for handling electronic medical records (EMR).
