Roles & Responsibilities

Unit Profile: Operating Room
HOURS OF OPERATION: 24 HRS / 7 DAYS

Operating Room (OR) has four (4) Operating Theatres - including one (1) permanent Caesarean Section Theatre that is located in the hospital first floor.
The Nursing Care Delivery System is Team Nursing with staff / patient ratio of 3 nurses (1 scrub nurse/ 2 circulating nurses) per theater in major procedures and 2 nurses (lscrub nurse/ 1 circulating nurse) per theater in minor procedures.
