Roles & Responsibilities

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional passionate about academic administration and student support? Join our team as a Registrar Officer and help ensure smooth and efficient academic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registrar team with administrative and compliance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate student records and assist with course registration and documentation.
  • Communicate with students regarding academic records, tuition, and general inquiries.
  • Help with transcripts, certificates, and data entry within academic systems.
  • Contribute to reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 2 years of experience in Registrar or Academic Administration (higher education experience is a plus).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Fluent in English

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools.
