Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Supports the verification and reporting of Palestine refugees' status, and records changes in the registration status of registered refugees residing within or outside UNRWA s area of operations, in compliance with Agency regulations.
- Supports and coordinates with the central identity verification team, the revision and approval of Digital Registration and Identity Verification (DIV) specific requests; follows up with relevant stakeholders and brings items of special concerns to the attention of the supervisor.
- Prepares standardized data collection forms and templates to support the integration and quality data entry across RSSP Field teams; follows up and provides guidance and support as required.
- Collects, collates and compiles data from different RSS entities and produces regular statistical bulletins and similar analytical reports and distributes them to the approved distribution list, or as instructed by the supervisor.
- Conducts routine research and data validation for RSS information and records; reviews, consolidates, and analyzes statistical reports, and transforms findings into clear, visually compelling presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Provides administrative support to manage the day-to-day Division s operations, including preparing and following up documents, handling routine correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, assisting in procurement and event arrangements.

Education
- Successful completion of full secondary education.
- Two-year diploma in business administration, office management, IT or other related discipline recognized by the Agency
Knowledge and ability to operate database and IT systems is desirable. University degree in administration, social science, IT or a related discipline is desirable. Knowledge of the refugee community and Agency relief and social services activities is desirable.
Desired Candidate Profile
Successful completion of full secondary education. Two-year diploma in business administration, office management, IT or other related discipline recognized by the Agency
At least six years of relevant work experience in registration, relief, social services or data analysis activities in UN, NGOs, governmental or large commercial organization concerned with human development or social welfare is required.
