Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Preparing the mold with what this requires in terms of changing the base and the layer and closing the mold according to each model.
2.Receive the casting order from the supervisor and record the data on the line sheet (number of castings).
3.Adjust the air meter to empty the excess mud (filter).
4.Open the mold and the product comes out on the bench after filtering.
5.Necessary finishing work (coaster knife - diffuser washing).
6.Loading carts to deliver the product to the dryer.
7.Repairing defects that appear after the dryer (small cracks - air holes - .....)
