Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the archiving and traceability of market and contract files
- Keep up to date with changes in applicable regulations
- Mastery of public procurement procedures and execution
- Experience in drafting specifications, tender documents and contracts is desirable.
- My mastery of office tools
- Rigour, organisation and a sense of confidentiality
- Action-oriented and analytical skills
- Sense of organization, thoroughness
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
Desired Candidate Profile
- University degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's)
- Good knowledge of Law No. 23-12 of August 5, 2023, establishing the general rules relating to public procurement, and of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of September 16, 2015, regulating public procurement and public service delegations, and of the CCAG of September 2021
