Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the archiving and traceability of market and contract files
  • Keep up to date with changes in applicable regulations

  • Mastery of public procurement procedures and execution
  • Experience in drafting specifications, tender documents and contracts is desirable.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's)
  • Good knowledge of Law No. 23-12 of August 5, 2023, establishing the general rules relating to public procurement, and of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of September 16, 2015, regulating public procurement and public service delegations, and of the CCAG of September 2021
