Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of regulatory requirements for new products, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation, including dossiers and variations, to health authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and implement internal regulatory procedures and training programs to maintain compliance throughout the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify regulatory hurdles and propose effective solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Assist in the preparation for regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are in order.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is essential, with advanced degrees preferred.
- Certification from a recognized regulatory body, such as RAC (Regulatory Affairs Certification), is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, showcasing excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex regulatory information clearly.
