Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions

To monitor regulations relating to business operations and to inform members.

Inform companies about the legal framework for doing business and investing in Algeria (on human resources, legal, banking, tax aspects, etc.).

To organize, lead and develop the regulatory activities of the Chamber (Clubs, thematic meetings, seminars, etc.).

Drafting regulatory notes, news flashes, guides, intended to inform CCIAF members about changes in the regulatory framework.

Profile

Law graduate with practical experience -minimum 7 years - in a company or consulting firm, ideally in a similar position (consulting, regulatory monitoring, facilitation, etc.).

Excellent knowledge of business law.

Excellent command of Arabic and French (written and spoken).

Have a good command of office software.

Rigour and analytical skills will be a highly valued asset.
