What You ll Do

* Manage regulatory reporting processes and ensure timely submissions to regulators including the UAE Central Bank
* Reconcile regulatory reporting with financial and management reports
* Standardize adoption of regulatory reporting frameworks across the bank
* Coordinate with technology teams for automation, data integrity, and reporting improvements
* Provide regulatory ratios and key financial metrics to ALCO and other stakeholders
* Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with changes
* Work with the Risk team to validate RWAs, Expected Credit Losses, and related ratios
* Manage general ledger account opening and maintenance
* Enforce adherence to the bank s Financial Controls Policy
* Establish accounting schema for new products and offerings

Ideal Profile

* Strong background in accounting, auditing, and regulatory reporting within the banking sector
* Proven knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulatory frameworks and requirements
* Skilled in reconciliation, financial control policies, and reporting automation
* Ability to coordinate with technology and risk teams on data and compliance initiatives
* Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred
