Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary pediatric rehabilitation programs.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.
- Skilled in LEAN quality improvement, project management (PMP principles), and CAPEX/OPEX planning.
- Familiar with international rehabilitation standards, research methodology, and rehabilitation technology integration.
- High computer literacy and advanced English proficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor s degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.
- Master s degree in Healthcare Management or Rehabilitation Sciences preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years clinical rehabilitation experience, including 3 years in a leadership, coordination, or management role preferably within pediatric rehabilitation.
