Relationship Manager

They are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join the team in Dubai.

This role involves developing and managing client relationships, offering advisory support, identifying investment opportunities, and contributing to the company's overall business development strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and improve relationships with existing and potential clients
• Research and identify potential investment opportunities and keep clients up to date with market trends.
• Review clients portfolio proactively and ensure that there is a client review at least once every 6 months.
• Educate and inform clients about the company's products and services.
• Attend to complaints if any and aim to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Work with other departments to ensure company meets its business development expectations and client expectations.
• Be efficient and organized, have ability to multitask, deliver desired results and KPIs To be able to work on own initiative, to expand and generate business
• Participate in training, workshops, seminars, to ensure continuous professional development
• Ensure compliance with the Companys internal policies and procedures, code of ethics and professional conduct, as well as follows the DFSA rules and requirements.
