Key Accountabilities:
Process Branch non-cash operational transactions for example:
- CIF and account opening
- KYC update
- Debit cards
- E-Banking
- Mobile Wallet
- Clients enquiries
- Signatures amendments
- AML alerts
- Dormant accounts activation
- Cheque book issuance
- Print statement
- Retail loans booking
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in various branch roles
- Experience gained as part of the ABK training program
