Roles & Responsibilities
Main Role (Overall Accountability)
Be part of the PCAT Team working under Private Banking
Actively source new to bank relationships, new fixed deposits, loans, credit cards etc. across Premier Banking Segment
Reporting to the Unit Head - PCAT
Principal Accountabilities
Business Development and sales
Responsible for attainment of sales and financial targets including new to bank accounts, deposits, loans, credit cards etc.
o Responsible for acquiring new prospects/relationships and managing existing high net worth/p>
clients/accounts to enhance/grow/retain client relationships.
o Planning and execution of Sales activities such as cold prospecting, meeting new clients, reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities, producing file notes after any client meetings, summarizing any additional actions required, including follow up calls
o Identifying blue ocean opportunities within the target segment by offering Bank Muscat products and services
o Leveraging existing Corporate Banking relationship to target the Top Executive Management of the Bank's Corporate Customers who do not have any primary relationship with Bank Muscat
Understanding and getting access to the Know-How and the competitive intelligence of other bank around their Wealth Management proposition including services and systems
Client relationship management
o Foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers, by responding to needs quickly and effectively.
o Work closely with other departments for developing and broadening client business relationships with the Bank.
Business support
Contributing to the development of new products and services, based on customer feedback Compliance with legal requirements, regulations, organizational policies and professional codes
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with specialization in Finance/investment management/accounting
Having a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in client acquisition and business development management
Pro-active, disciplined and dynamic personality with aptitude for marketing.
