Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly presentable and personable fresh graduate or junior professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will act as the primary contact at the client s site, building and nurturing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance cooperation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Serve as the main liaison between the client and our internal teams.
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Monitor service delivery quality and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and present periodic updates, reports, or feedback to both the client and management.
Represent the company professionally at all times, maintaining a strong brand presence.
