Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients business needs or personal financial goals and provide appropriate solutions.
Promote company products or services based on customer profiles and market trends.
Act as a point of contact between the client and internal departments (sales, service, finance).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and timely problem resolution.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products or services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and retention targets.
Prepare regular reports on client activity, revenue generation, and business performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and client-handling experience.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
