Job Description

As a Relationship Officer in Corporate Banking, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of banking products and services specifically tailored for corporate entities. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your goal will be to provide high-quality, customized financial solutions that meet the diverse needs of corporate clients. You will serve as a key point of contact, facilitating communication between clients and the bank to help them meet their financial objectives. By leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills and banking acumen, you will drive client retention and expand our market presence in the corporate banking sector.


Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with corporate banking clients.
  • Identify and develop potential business opportunities within the corporate banking segment.
  • Facilitate the delivery of tailored financial solutions to meet clients' business needs.
  • Analyze client needs and provide expert banking advice to achieve financial goals.
  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring compliance with banking standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on client activity and market trends to management.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of banking products with prospective corporate clients.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and adjustments of client portfolios to maximize value.
  • Promote banking services and products to increase client engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate banking or related area.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate client relationships effectively.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with corporate clients.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and interpret it for a business context.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
