What You ll Do
* Manage a customer portfolio of 700 800 primarily non-borrowing clients
* Achieve monthly and annual KPIs related to portfolio value, revenue, cross-sell, and product activation
* Promote and cross-sell bank products including current accounts, loans, trade finance, FX services, and insurance
* Refer and upgrade clients to Sales and Coverage RMs within the segment
* Drive market penetration through referrals and new-to-bank client acquisition
* Maintain updated records including KYC and due diligence
* Handle account conduct, current account excesses, and ensure clean onboarding
* Monitor daily performance metrics and maintain accurate sales reports
* Maintain high levels of service and transparency with all customer interactions
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements
Ideal Profile
* Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field
* 1 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in client-facing, sales, or customer service roles
* Familiarity with retail or commercial banking functions is an advantage
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills
* Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
* Understanding of bank products, compliance protocols, and sales governance
* Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong market awareness
