Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions:
Operational management of releases (and project interdependencies)
- develop and maintain the overall production release schedule.
- Consolidate the schedules of the different project and run teams.
- Identify and manage scheduling conflicts between projects.
- Map and track interdependencies between projects, environments and applications.
- Ensure synchronization between teams (projects, infrastructure, security, business).
Risk and quality management
- Identify and manage risks related to production releases.
- Guaranteeing workability, documentation and compliance with safety and compliance standards.
- Control the quality and stability of the delivered versions.
Communication et reporting
- Organize and lead release committees.
- Ensure regular reporting on progress, risks and bottlenecks.
- be the central contact between the development, operations, security and business teams.

- Contribute to the automation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and improve deployment best practices.
- Follow DevOps / Release Management trends and solutions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Production release success rate (% of releases without major incidents).
- Number of critical incidents related to releases.
- Compliance with the schedule (difference between the planned and actual date).
- Automation rate of deployments.
- Average lead time.
- Stakeholder satisfaction (business, IT).
Desired Candidate Profile
Background / Experience
- Bac+5 (engineering school, university or equivalent) in computer science.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT environments, including at least 2-3 years in release management, deployments or IT coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of development, integration and production environments.
- Experience in IT project management or similar role (Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, DevOps lead) is an asset.
Technical knowledge and skills
- Mastery of ITIL processes (Change, Release, Deployment).
- Good knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, etc.).
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of test management, automation and application monitoring.
- Ability to manage complex environments with multiple dependencies.
