Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Facilitate and optimise the flow of value through the Agile Release Train using tools such as Program Kanban and information radiators
Establish and communicate annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments
Lead PI Planning readiness and facilitate PI Planning events, ensuring alignment to vision, roadmap, and backlogs
Consolidate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish for transparency
Track execution of features and stories using relevant metrics
Facilitate ART synchronisation ceremonies and system level meetings
Support economic decision making through feature estimation and roll ups to capabilities and epics
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on Lean Agile principles and mindsets
Identify, manage, escalate, and track risks, dependencies, and impediments
Collaborate closely with Product, Solution Management, Architecture, and Engineering stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt workshops and maturity assessments
Enable DevOps, Release on Demand, Built In Quality, and Lean UX practices
Ensure adherence to Lean Budgets and portfolio guardrails
Act as a change advocate for agile ways of working across the release train
Desired Candidate Profile
Experienced in working within a SAFe or scaled agile environment, ideally as a Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master
Confident in facilitating large scale planning events and cross team alignment
Skilled in coaching teams and leaders on Lean Agile practices
Experienced in agile delivery within complex or bi modal environments
Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery tooling
Holds a recognised agile certification, preferably SAFe RTE
Fluent in English
7+ years of experience
