Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize day-to-day paperwork and documentation
- Handle email correspondence and draft professional replies
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in scheduling meetings and following up on action items
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support general administrative tasks as required

Requirements
- University graduate
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
