Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in fa ade engineering, particularly in curtain wall, doors, windows, and glazing systems.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and BIM coordination.
• Rhino & Grasshopper proficiency is a plus.
• Strong ability to prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details with precision and clarity.
• Hands-on experience with international aluminum fa ade systems such as Sch co, Reynaers, and Technal.
• In-depth knowledge of fa ade system design principles, including:
• Structural performance and wind load calculations
• Thermal insulation and condensation control
• Acoustic performance requirements
• Water and air tightness standards
• Ability to create and manage Revit families for fa ade profiles, gaskets, and components.
• Familiarity with BIM Level of Detail (LOD) standards and integration into project BIM models.
• Strong skills in technical coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve design clashes.
• Understanding of international building codes and fa ade engineering standards.
• Ability to review, mark-up, and update drawings based on consultant/client feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken) for technical reporting and coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of fabrication methods and site installation sequences for aluminum and glass fa ades.
• Experience with other fa ade materials such as ACP, stone, louvers, and skylights.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent) for basic fa ade load assessments.
• Experience in 3D visualization tools (Navisworks, Rhino, or Grasshopper) for fa ade detailing and clash detection.
• Previous experience working with BIM-integrated fa ade projects on large-scale commercial or high-rise buildings.
