Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Record and reconcile daily accounting transactions.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.

Handle supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing.

Support project cost accounting and job costing for fabrication and installation activities.

Maintain proper documentation of contracts, expense reports, and supporting schedules.

Perform regular reconciliations (bank, vendors, customers, advances).

Monitor and report on receivables, payables, and project-related expenses.

Support periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliation with Odoo records.

Assist in VAT and Zakat filings in compliance with Saudi regulations.

Generate financial reports and analysis through Odoo ERP for management review.

Collaborate with internal departments (Procurement, Project Managers, HR) for accurate financial data flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction, or manufacturing Companies.

Practical knowledge of Odoo ERP (Accounting & Inventory modules) or other similar ERP.

Familiarity with IFRS standards and Saudi accounting regulations.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other financial tools.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
