We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support a high-level executive in their day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working remotely. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

-Respond to emails and manage inboxes professionally

-Take minutes during virtual meetings and share summaries promptly

-Prepare and follow up on invoices

-Track payments and coordinate with clients or finance teams

-Assist accounting team with document organization and basic file creation

-Organize and maintain digital files and folders

-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed

-Support in scheduling and calendar management

-Handle basic admin tasks and ensure smooth communication flow


Requirements:

-Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar administrative role

-Excellent written and spoken English (French or Arabic is a plus)

-Strong time management and organizational skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), Google Workspace, and online communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

-Basic understanding of invoicing and simple accounting practices
