Roles & Responsibilities
- Master the rental agreement process, explaining terms clearly and concisely, handling all paperwork with precision to avoid misunderstandings.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build loyalty.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, documenting existing damage and ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for rental, maintaining quality standards.
- Process payments accurately, handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, maintaining financial integrity.
- Stay informed about local traffic laws, providing helpful information to customers, ensuring they are well-prepared for their journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards to create a professional environment.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell additional services and products, like insurance or GPS, maximizing revenue opportunities and enhancing customer experience.
- Greet customers with enthusiasm, assessing their needs to offer the perfect vehicle, ensuring a positive first impression.

- Exhibits strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and effective interactions with customers.
- Displays a proactive and enthusiastic attitude, showing a genuine interest in helping customers and achieving sales goals.
- Has a basic understanding of sales techniques, with a proven ability to persuade and influence, driving revenue growth.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills, able to handle customer issues and resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Has at least 1-2 years of experience in the rental car industry or related field, showing a solid understanding of operations.
